Rusal - the world's largest aluminum producer.

Established in March 2007 through the merger of Rusal, Sual and the alumina assets of Glencore.

En+ Group owns 47.41% stake in Rusal, ONEXIM - 17.02%, shareholders of SUAL - 15,8%, Amokenga Holdings (100% subsidiary of Glencore) - 8,75%, the company's management - 0.26% free circulation - 10.75%. The company's shares are traded on exchanges in Hong Kong and Paris.

In 2011, the company produced 4.7 million tons of aluminum and 11.5 million tons of alumina.

The share of the Company in 2011 accounted for about 10% of the world production of aluminum and 10% of alumina production.

The company includes bauxite and nepheline ore, alumina, aluminum, alloys, foil and packaging materials based on it, as well as power.

The company consists of 16 aluminum smelters, 12 alumina refineries, 8 bauxite mines, three companies for the production of powder products, 3 plants for the production of silicon, 3 plant recycled aluminum, 3 foil mills, 2 cryolite plant, a cathodic plant.

The company sells its products primarily in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea. The main consumers of products - transportation, construction and packaging industries.

The company has its own R&D and engineering capabilities, and is the owner of the technology RA-300 RA-400.

In Kazakhstan, RUSAL owns 50% of "Bogatyr Coal" LLP - the largest in the Republic of manufacturer of thermal coal.

"Bogatyr Coal" LLP produces more than 60% of all coal mined in the Ekibastuz coal basin.

Supplies of coal carried by 10 stations in Kazakhstan and Russia 6.

In 2011 "Bogatyr Coal" LLP produced about 40.6 million tons of coal. 25.7 million tons were delivered to the domestic market of Kazakhstan, 15.7 million tons to the Russian market.
