Key objectives of the joint working group is to develop recommendations and proposals:

• to ensure a permanent dialogue between the Republic of Kazakhstan and major foreign investors;
• to enhance of investment attractiveness of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in priority areas of activity of the Council;
• to develop joint strategy and coordination of government action on issues of attracting foreign investments;
• to eliminate systemic, administrative and bureaucratic barriers in the field of energy, ecology and oil&gas industry while realization of investment projects.
