Joint meeting of the FIC IPWG was held under the chairmanship of Erlan Dosymbekov, KFICA Governing Board Chairman, IPWG Co-chair, EY Managing Partner for Kazakhstan and Central Asia, Vice-Minister of finance Mr. Sultangaziev and Vice-Minister of national economy Mr. Amrin to discuss:

• taxation of non-residents with a permanent establishment (branch) in Kazakhstan;
• taxation of dividends paid to non-residents.
