Interim Session of the Foreign Investors' Council is taking place under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Interim Session can be attended by the members and observers of the Council, heads of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Co-Chairs of the Council’s Working Groups as well as permanent foreign members of the Council.

Preliminary results of the implementation of the decisions of the previous Plenary Session, current issues of foreign investors, recommendations developed by the Working Groups of the Council are discussing at the Interim Sessions.

These recommendations are announced by the Co-Chairs of the Working Groups and by the results of discussion are considered in the preparation of the Interim Session Minutes and of the single list of recommendations, submitted for consideration of the next Plenary Session of the Council.

Representatives of the interested government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as representatives of international organizations and foreign companies – non-members of the Council may be invited to the Plenary and Interim Sessions of the Council.

Decisions based on the results of the Plenary and Interim Sessions of the Council are documented in the Minutes with attachment of a single list of recommendations.
