Labour Legislation, Human Capital Development and Engagement of Foreign Labour Force Working Group
Key objectives of the joint working group is to develop recommendations and proposals:
- to ensure a permanent dialogue between the Republic of Kazakhstan and major foreign investors;
- to enhance the investment attractiveness of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in priority areas of the Council’ activities;
- to improve labor and migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- to ensure health and safety at the enterprises attracting foreign labor.
