The foundations for Anadolu Group were laid in 1950, by Anadolu Group Honorary Presidents Kamil Yazıcı and İzzet Özilhan. The Group operates in 19 countries – including Turkey – with approximately 80 companies, 66 production facilities, and approximately 80,000 employees on a large scale including the sectors of beer, soft drink, retail, agriculture, automotive, stationery, quick service restaurant, real estate, and energy.

The Group entered Kazakhstan in 1994, 27 years ago, when opened a factory the Coca-Cola Almaty Bottlers in the city of Almaty. Later, in 1997, the company bought the Kolos brewery in Karaganda.

Now in Kazakhstan, the Group is represented by Efes Kazakhstan and Coca-Cola Almaty Bottlers. The group produces carbonated drinks, iced tea, drinking water, juices, and beer at our 4 factories located in Nur-Sultan, Karaganda, and the village of Berek.

 

The total investments of Anadolu Group in Kazakhstan economy already reached 704.9 mln $, its companies paid 215.6 bln KZT of taxes and employ around 1800 people (as of 2018). We are proud that our products, manufactured in factories in Kazakhstan, allow us to contribute to the industrial development of Kazakhstan.
