A regular meeting of the Working Group on Improving the Competitiveness of the Oil and Gas Industry was under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar via videoconference call.

The meeting was attended by of the Deputy Ministers of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources, Energy, National Economy, Industry and Infrastructural Development, Finance, Foreign Affairs, and Heads of National companies KazMunayGas, KazTransGas, KAZENERGY Association, NCE Atameken, as well as the foreign side member companies Agip Caspian Sea BV, CNPC International Central Asia, Chevron, EY, ExxonMobil Kazakhstan, LUKOIL, Shell Kazakhstan, Total Kazakhstan and INPEX.
