A regular meeting of the KFICA executive committee members was held today. The meeting was moderated by KFICA Governing Board Chairman, EY Managing Partner for Kazakhstan and Central Asia Mr. Erlan Dosymbekov. With the opening remarks he presented responsibilities of newly elected KFICA Governing Board members and reported on outcomes of meetings with the government on FIC modernization proposals, as well as the preparation for the upcoming 34th FIC Plenary Session with the President and Interim Session with the Prime Minister.

Sequentially Mr. Luciano Vasques, the Head of Central Asia Region, Eni SpA and the Deputy Chairman of KFICA Governing Board reported on Oil&Gas Advocacy meeting outcomes. He also presented initiatives of O&G foreign companies on improving the investment commission in Kazakhstan and the progress in the preparation for the first thematic meeting with the Prime Minister as well.
