A working call was held between the Director of the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association (KFICA), Zhanna Baidasheva, and Zhannat Dubirova, Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to preparations for the 38th Plenary Session of the Foreign Investors’ Council chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The theme of the 38th Plenary Session has been
defined as: “Artificial Intelligence and Digital Sovereignty: Development of
National Technology Ecosystems in Kazakhstan.” The session is scheduled to
take place on July 2, 2026.
During the discussion, the parties reviewed the
current status of organizational and substantive preparations for the Plenary
Session, including coordination with government authorities and foreign Council
members, as well as the preparation of the necessary analytical and
organizational materials.
