On 8 April 2026, a working online meeting took place between Zhanna Baidasheva, Director of the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association (KFICA), and the new leadership of METRO Kazakhstan, including Mesut Doğukan, Chief Executive Officer
During the meeting, key issues related to the preparation of upcoming events of the Foreign Investors’ Council were discussed, including:
- preparation for the Operating Committee meeting
of the Council;
- preparation for the 38th Plenary Session of the
Foreign Investors’ Council, chaired by the President of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
The METRO representatives also highlighted their plans
to take a more active role in the Council’s work and contribute meaningfully to
its activities.
