Board members of Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association met with the Prime Minister of the RK Bakytzhan Sagintayev

At the meeting, the results of the 31st Plenary Meeting of the Foreign Investors’ Council were summarized and the issues of the development of human capital in Kazakhstan, including the importance of modern challenges for the State, society and business were discussed.

Chairman of Knauf in Kazakhstan Dimitri Propp told about the perspectives for the further development of dual education as a program for the training of qualified specialists. Branch Director of Baker & McKenzie Curtis Masters and Managing Partner for Kazakhstan and Central Asia of Ernst & Young Erlan Dosymbekov shared their experience in professional and technical education in the countries of Europe and told about other instruments of improvement of human capital in the conditions of permanently developing modern society.

According to the experts, the development of human capital is one of the main tasks of the Association. Moreover, lately this question have become an essential condition for the development of the country and prosperity at the global economic arena. In particular, the development of human capital will lead to the growth of potential of the whole community, as well as the accumulation of the country's  resources in general. In their turn, Member of the Eurasian Group Supervisory Council Satzhan Temirgaliyev and Director of the Kazakhstan Foreign Investors’ Council Association Zhanna Baidasheva presented their proposals on the improvement of university and professional education taking into account the introduction of innovative technologies and digitalization of the economy.
