KFICA members took part in a selector meeting under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev on issues of technical and vocational education

During the meeting, the main aspects of the development and prospects of technical and vocational education in Kazakhstan were considered. In particular, the issues of improving the quality of personnel training, expanding dual education, profiling, developing the educational and material base, providing industrialization projects with manpower, establishing a Fund for the Support of the Development of TVE and Competence Centers, as well as attracting foreign investors in the training of personnel.


KFICA representatives shared their recommendations and proposals. Among them were the 
KFICA Board Chairman, Director, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Agris Preimanis, KFICA Director Zhanna Baidasheva, FIC Investment Policy Working Group Co-Chair from foreign side, Managing Partner for Kazakhstan and Central Asia, EY, Erlan Dosymbekov, FIC Labor Legislation, Human Capital Development and Engagement of Foreign Labor working group Co-Chair from  foreign side, KNAUF representative in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Marketing and Sales Director in the Republics of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Dimitri Propp, and other KFICA member-companies (Anadolu, Total, Eni, PwC, TMK-Kaztrubprom, UC RUSAL, General Electric, Citibank, ERG, ExxonMobil, ENI, Asian Development Bank, Polymetal Eurasia, Eurasian Development Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Deloitte, Mitsubishi Corporation, Chevron, Sembol, Shell, Cameco, ArcelorMittal, Polpharma, Philip Morris). –поставь в алфавитном порядке


Following the results of the meeting, the Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev noted that the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev in his message set the task of ensuring the implementation of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan. It is necessary to take all necessary measures for a timely and gradual transition to a new model of economic growth. Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed the ministries together with akimats and investors to create the appropriate Roadmap.
