Foreign side meeting of the FIC labour legislation, human capital development and engagement of foreign labor force working group was held under the chairmanship of Dimitri Propp, FIC Human Capital Working Group co-chair from foreign side, Representative of KNAUF in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Director of Marketing and Sales Department in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.

The meeting's discussion was focused on the issues of technical and vocational education, as well as on the preparation to the upcoming FIC Plenary and Interim Sessions.
