A meeting of the Co-Chairs of the FIC Human Capital Working Group of the Foreign Investors Council chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held today under the chairmanship of Mr. Birzhan Nurymbetov, working group's Co-Chair from Kazakhstani side, Minister of labour and social protection of population of the RoK and Mr. Dimitri Propp, working group's Co-Chair from foreign side, Representative of KNAUF in the RoK, Director of Marketing and Sales Department in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan.

As part of the HCWG Co-Chairs meeting, a meeting of members of the joint working group with a foreign side was held under the chairmanship of the HCWG Co-Chair, Mr. Dimitri Propp.

At the meeting the HCWG work plan on improvement of legislation in terms of attracting qualified foreign labor for labor settings in the RoK, and on improvement of labor legislation of the RoK.

The meeting was attended by representatives of foreign side member companies of FIC HCWG – Cameco Kazakhstan, Deloitte, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Polymetal, PwC, Shell, World Bank Kazakhstan.

Also via video conference call in Almaty, Atyrau and Urals cities was attended by representatives of Chevron, EY, Petroleum Operating B.V., Petrokazakhstan, Tengizchevroil.
