The single window access for investors implementing priority investment projects has been in place at the RoK Ministry of Investments and Development as a pilot project since 1 January 2015 as per the Instruction of the Head of State.

To date the Investors Service Center has held as much as 200 meetings with a variety of large-scale companies from US, France, Italy, Germany, Korea, Japan, China, India etc.

Operating based on the single window principle the Investors Service Center assisted companies specializing in the areas of machinery production, food products, electrical equipment production, design etc. 

In 2016 the single window will be available for all investors.
 
All permitting documents required for implementation of investment projects will be issued from the single window covering 363 state services (licenses, land permits, foreign labor permits, certificates). 

For this purpose responsible persons were identified at each Ministry and Akimat at the level of deputy heads. 

All relevant amendments were made to the Legislation.
