Joint meeting of the Investment Policy working group of the Foreign Investors' Council chaired by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held under the chairmanship of the Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Kanat Baedilov with the participation of representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office, The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Economy, Ministry of Justice and Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss issues of developing a unified approach to determining the customs value of crude oil exported from Kazakhstan. The meeting was attended by representatives of foreign side member companies of FIC IPWG – Eni, EY, ExxonMobil, CNPC, KPO, Shell, TOTAL.
