Please be advised that IPWG joint meeting with participation of Ministry of finance, Ministry of national economy and State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of finance is scheduled on May 5, 2021 at 17:00 via ZOOM.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss: 

• taxation of non-residents with a permanent establishment (branch) in Kazakhstan;
• taxation of dividends paid to non-residents. 

The letter is enclosed for your reference. The meeting will be chaired by Erlan Dosymbekov, KFICA Governing Board Chairman, IPWG Co-chair, EY Managing Partner for Kazakhstan and Central Asia, Vice-Minister of finance Mr. Baedilov and Vice-Minister of national economy Mr. Amrin.
